Cancellation & Refund Policy

At A4s Firearms Training, I strive to provide each student with a professional, well-coordinated training experience. In order to do so, each session requires advance preparation, including scheduling range time, organizing equipment, and coordinating time slots for all students. This involves both time and financial commitments on my end.

Because of this, I kindly ask that all students respect the following cancellation policy:

- Same-Day Cancellations:
  Cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled class are non-refundable. These late cancellations create significant scheduling conflicts and result in unrecoverable time and costs.

- Advance Cancellations:
  Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for rescheduling or partial consideration, depending on the circumstances. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I am willing to discuss these on a case-by-case basis when adequate notice is provided.

- No-Shows:
  Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a same-day cancellation and is non-refundable.

- Credit Card Processing Fee:
  All credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. In the event that a refund is issued, this processing fee is non-refundable, as it is charged by the payment provider and not retained by Aiming4Success.

This policy is not intended to be punitive, but rather to ensure fairness, maintain scheduling integrity, and allow me to continue offering high-quality instruction to all students.
